What payment options do you have?
We accept payment through the following options:
- PayNow via UEN for local customers. You will be prompted for this payment option; simply follow the instructions to complete your order. You will be required to make payment within 30 minutes for this payment option. Alternatively, if the QR Code does not work, please make payment via Paynow UEN 53418629K
- PayPal can be used by both local and international customers.
- Please note that we do not accept payments by Cash, Paylah, or Cheque, and we do not provide installment plans.
Can I pay in my country's currency at checkout?
Our website currently only processes payments in SGD (Singapore Dollars).
Can I add on or make changes to my order after I have made a payment?
All orders on our website are processed automatically, and we are unable to make amends to the orders once payment has been made.
What is your refund/returns policy?
We do not provide refunds or accept returns on cut fabric orders, nor on any of the items sold by our shop. In the unlikely event that items be received damaged arising from the shipping process, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to resolve the matter.
